Cricut Cardz Challenge #80

I created this "surprise pop up" card for the Cricut Cardz Challenge #80 at http://cricutcardzchallenge.blogspot.com/. The challenge was to create an original card, using any cricut cartridge to celebrate The Fourth of July. The interesting twist of the challenge, is to incorporate the American Flag! I found this challenge to be perfect for me (giving the fact that I am a new comer to crafting and I only have 5 cricut cartridges). I had to Google "how to create a free blog", so I could share my creation with you today! I must admit it is very exciting and heartwarming to finally be apart of the craftier's world. (So thankful that my box of donated paper and tools from my friend) I was able to complete my first blog challenge. Well without further ado, I present to you my first blog challenge card! Hope you enjoy. Please feel free to leave comments and tips!

Items Used To Make Card:

Cricut Cartridge - Playtime
Variety of red, white, blue theme papers
red star buttons
white ribbon
black, blue gel pen
white paint (b/c my white gel pen has no ink...lol)
